I believe there is room for improvement in attracting guests and using appropriate language in front of them. Running a restaurant falls under the domain of hospitality and requires showing respect to your guests. I would give two stars to the owner for opening a restaurant in a small town like Jhajha i.e. appreciable. However, the remaining stars were deducted due to issues with restaurant management. When running a restaurant, it is crucial to understand the psychology of guests. Here are a few areas where they can make improvements: 1. Reducing waiting time for guests. 2. Keeping the restaurant area separate from parties to demonstrate a more professional approach to guest service. 3. Providing plates and cutlery promptly. 4. Offering regular water as an option (as personally, I prefer establishments that provide regular water alongside bottled water). 5. Serving onion, green chutney, and lemon with any North Indian dish. Failure to address these points reflects a potential intention to prioritize profit over providing superior service. People visit restaurants for an enhanced experience, as they are capable of cooking at home. Remember, running a restaurant is not just about making money but also about shouldering responsibility for the community. To be completely honest, I felt a lack of respect from the management's side.

Trust me this restaurant is extremely worse in management. The quality of food is also not good.
