Grand Essence - JINDALEE

I really had to make a zomato account to say how bad the service was. my dad had to come to the front counter to command one. really terrible service! will not come back.

I ordered the special fried rice, honey chicken, and wonton soup. The fried rice was very dry and bland, lacking any flavor, and it seemed to have been carelessly packed into the container. The honey chicken was cold and tasteless. The wonton soup was decent, but it also lacked flavor and seasoning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

A main dish and a large serving of rice should be enough for a few people, but it's always nice to order an extra dish and save the leftovers for lunch the next day! The Grand Essence is definitely a must-try. Another favorite of mine is the grilled spring rolls with roasted sweet and sour sauce.

A little too expensive and eating was not really good. we ordered honigh chicken and the teig was too thick. it was twice as thick as the huh. satay chicken kewer is not good, huh is very hard to bite and sauce is thick and very claggy. would be better without the odours above. beef kwai teow is not authentic at all. reis was still raw. we usually have no more leftovers. tonight, all meals are almost full.

Please be aware that the restaurant has changed its prices, which are significantly higher than those shown in the attached pictures of the menu. We were also overcharged based on the menu they provided us. The satay chicken was acceptable, but it didn’t really taste like traditional satay. On the other hand, the noodle dish was quite disappointing. Overall, neither the food nor the service is worth the money spent.
