Firehouse Subs Old Alabama

The service at this restaurant is outstanding. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The sandwiches are superb!

During my first visit to Firehouse Subs, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They offered suggestions when I was having trouble deciding, which I really appreciated. It was a great experience!

Getting a little too pricy for my blood. Food is good though.

Sent my son to pickup an online order and it took over an hour for them to make 2 sandwiches. The manager on duty had to jump in and help. Need I mention the order was wrong when we finally got it. This is beyond unacceptable. Had I not paid online, and their refusal to refund me, I would have left the sandwiches there. I'll never go back, not worth the headache for a sandwich.

This is the worst one I have ever been to! They are slow and they wasn’t even busy got my order wrong! I will not be back to this location!!
