Oishi Noodle - Johns Creek

We often visit Snow Mountain next door, usually after dinner, but this time we decided to stop by Oshi Noodles before our meal. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food—the flavors were excellent, and everything was wonderful. Our favorite dish was the Pan-Grill-Squid appetizer. The waitress was especially attentive since the restaurant wasn't busy that Saturday night. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable. While I was tempted to keep this gem a secret, I felt it was important to share my experience. I wouldn’t want to see another restaurant close due to a lack of social media presence when the food and service are good. If you’re in this part of the city and craving Japanese cuisine, definitely give this place a try!

The ramen was decent, and the service was excellent. Our waitress was particularly helpful and suggested that my wife and I order extra noodles for our bowls instead of getting a separate one for our young daughters, which was a thoughtful recommendation you don't see very often. The ambiance felt quite minimal, almost like it was on the verge of closing down. When we inquired about the freshness of the food, it genuinely appeared to be very fresh.

I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The food was quite enjoyable, and the green tea was great as well. The atmosphere was nice and quiet since they didn't have any music playing. I particularly liked the Miso ramen, but I plan to order extra meat or eggs next time. The service was right on schedule, and I have no complaints.

The ramen here is rich and tasteful, and you get a large bowl for $8 or $9, with rich broth and handmade noodles with great texture. I suggest the Tonkatsu wheels. I also had the fried Calamari appetizer that is excellent quality, even a tad expensive for the amount they give you. Make sure to taste the green tea ice cream for dessert perfect tea to milk aroma ratio.
