Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Johns Creek

I live out in Milton, so there are technically two other shops closer, but this one is well worth the drive for the difference in quality (both service and food). They aren't overly friendly, but they do a good job, and that's ultimately what matters to me the most.

I don’t understand why if I’m paying with a debit card why would this location ask for me for a tip when ordering a smoothie through the drive-thru. The female employee made it an issue that I had to select what the amount would have tip before I could pay for the price of my smoothie. I visited this location this morning, no one should have to pay a tip for one item through a drive thru.

The smoothies and food are always great! The food is way better than I thought it would be. Also, this location is consistently busy when I come in but the service is always great!

I recently ordered a chicken pesto flatbread and smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe and ended up pretty frustrated. My order took way longer than expected, and when I checked on it, I got overlooked for quite a while not even “we will be right with you”. The staff didn't even seem to care that much, helping another customer before me, even though I'd just asked about my order. When they did find my order, it was misplaced under someone else's name, and there was no way I could've known it was mine. No apologies were offered for the mix up or wait, and the vibe I got while receiving my order was anything but friendly. Safe to say, I'm not coming back.
