Brittany was amazing. She was very professional, friendly and had excellent customer service. She made my kids and my 1st time experience at XtremeHopp worth while. Also, the pizza was just as amazing.

Very unimpressed with the young woman and young man working the front desk last Sunday. The guy was clearly very distracted when the front desk girl was telling him to get our family’s socks so she threw a pen at him, which bounced off the counter and almost hit my child in the face. Super unprofessional welcoming experience and their only comment to us was “my bad.”

We celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday here and had a great experience. The kids had so much fun, and the staff we worked with were so helpful and laid back. Brittany was great at offering guidance about how much food/drink to get, based on the ages of the kids and number of people attending. She was spot on. Leona was our host, and she was so sweet and attentive. Our party started at 10:30, and it wasn’t crowded at all while our little guys were jumping, which was great. This was our second time here, and both times, it seemed to fill up with bigger kids around 12/12:30, so if you have a little one, I’d come before then.

We just celebrated my daughter’s 12th birthday at XtremeHopp. Everything from booking to the party day was a complete breeze. The service was wonderful and the staff is super friendly. The owner checked in with us at the end of our party to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and that meant the most to me. You can tell he takes great pride in his business because the employees are happy and it makes a difference in the atmosphere. Thank you for a stress free party XtremeHopp!
