Mcdonald's - Johnson City

I just had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Often, we only hear about negative experiences, but I want to highlight the positive ones. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, a sweet and polite voice introduced herself as Brittany. She greeted me at the window with a smile and genuinely looked happy to be at work. As a restaurant manager myself, it’s refreshing to see employees treating customers with such kindness and respect. Thank you, Brittany, for being such a great example of what excellent service should be. It’s the little things that can really brighten someone's day.

I am currently working with this attorney and have been very pleased with both the attorney and the office staff. My phone calls are always promptly answered, as are my questions. They have efficiently handled my case and have consistently been kind, informative, and patient with me.

Had a huge order. They were busy. Managed to get my order to me quick. Everything I ordered was in the bags. Awesome. Great store manager and staff.Food: 5/5

They need to teach the front about the app that is being used by customers daily. They need to train thier workers right so they can work alone there was no manager in sight and I have a man that is. Manager that legit was having a cow seeing the workplace. It was completely destroyed. Ketchup on the ceilings bad. I know it's hard to keep good hires. But teach them good the first time I know experience is knowledge but if you let them know what they may come across being at the front it may help . I also seen a girl huffing the whip cream gas between drive thru transactions wow is all I can say ... Getting high on the whip cream lmao ? I've never been so amazed ...

Ordered strawberry shake they said was out then ordered chocolate and that was out too. Ordered double quarter pounder with just ketchup and cheese, got home just find out order ticket was correct but sandwich was made all the way. So now sitting outside again waiting for new sandwich to be made.?
