Mid City Grill - Johnson City

They make their own burgers, cheese sauce, and dressings. For a restaurant that serves meat, they offered an above average amount of vegan options. However, the only Whole Food Plant Based offering was lettuce. Sadly, they still use Styrofoam.

The ambiance is warm and welcoming, and the food was outstanding! The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. A big shout out to our server, Will B! Your enthusiasm was infectious and made us feel right at home. Thank you!

I love the vegan garbage fries. I’ve tried both versions and prefer the vegan! Yum.

Fiance and I have been here several times and it's always good! Stopped in last night for a couple of burgers and it didn't disappoint. She got the breakfast burger with a side salad and I got the Outlaw burger with the sweet potato fries. Everything hit the spot and was delicious, even the salad! Waitress was new but did good and was very friendly, as is everyone else here. Always a great place to stop downtown with great prices.

Johnson City has the best burgers! This is our favorite spot for a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. The service is top-notch and the sweet tea is fantastic.
