Papa Johns Pizza - Johnson City

I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars mainly because my order arrived on time. Unfortunately, the food was the worst I’ve ever had to pay for. Everything was cold, the pizza was overcooked and made incorrectly, and while the wings were correct, they were also cold. I’m really disappointed, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from you again.

I ordered online and received a pizza that was nearly raw, with half of the cheese having slid off onto the side. I reached out to complain online but only received an extra 60 points on my account. I attempted to call to voice my concerns, but no one answered. It's crucial to improve quality control. I almost served this to my toddler. Thank you.

The first time, a few friends and I ordered a couple of pizzas for our kids. After waiting 2.5 hours with no one answering the phone, we decided to go there in person. To our dismay, our order hadn’t even been started yet. We waited another 45 minutes in the store and watched other customers come in and voice similar complaints. They refunded our order and gave us our pizzas, so that was something. The second time, I once again ordered multiple pizzas—five in total—and two orders of breadsticks while I had some friends over. This time I chose carry-out to avoid the previous delivery issues. Unfortunately, all the pizzas were wrong, uncut, and one was severely undercooked. They told us to keep the pizzas and that they would remake them if we could wait 15 minutes, which I agreed to. The third and what will be my final encounter was a delivery order. I ordered one medium cheese pizza, one cheese stick, and one cookie/brownie. As I’m currently pregnant and have two toddlers, I wasn’t in the mood to cook or drive. After two hours with the tracker still showing my order as "preparing" at 5:15, I called—not once, but six times. Finally, someone picked up and informed me that my order had been delivered 35 minutes earlier. That was not the case. They said it might be a glitch or that someone else could have taken it. They claimed it was delivered, and there was nothing they could do. While I was on the phone trying to sort this out, the delivery driver pulled up in front of my house. She seemed flustered and unsure of what to say after just insisting that my order had been delivered. I hung up feeling frustrated. The driver stayed in her car for a bit, and I stood on my steps waiting. When she finally got out, she handed me grease-soaked boxes without saying a word and left. Once inside, I discovered that the food was soggy, flat, and completely unappetizing. My kids didn’t want to eat it at all (and they usually LOVE pizza), so I ended up having to go out anyway! Not long after, I received an email offering 60 points, but at that point, it felt more like a consolation prize than a solution.

It too 4 hours to receive our pizza. We tried to call but they seemed to just hit the answer button so the the phone would stop ringing and didn't say anything. When the delivery driver dropped off the food things from our order was missing. We had tochase him down for our soda, but didn't realize until he already left that another part of order was missing. The garlic breadseemed doughy. Do not waste your time with this domino's, it is absolute trash.

Man this place is BAD bad. Not sure if it?s a staffing issue or lack of management, but it almost feels like a scam ordering from this place. Should?ve listened to the reviews before me, but alas I had to figure it out the hard way?. Ordered deliveryof the 2 for $6.99, one medium pizza and one pasta. An hour and a half passes, and no delivery. Around the 2-hour mark, I get acall from a delivery driver stating that he?s outside, but he doesn?t have my order. Okay? I kinda laugh this part off. He sayshe will go back to the store where they are remaking it due to a switch up. Great. About an hour later (it has now been morethan 3 hours since I placed the order), I get a call from the delivery driver saying he is close to my house. Several minuteslater, someone?s knocking on my door, I open it and a random girl hands me my pizza and says, ?Hey I found your address on thispizza box and walked down here, some guy just handed it to me.? I?M SORRY WHAT. The delivery driver, after a 3+ hour wait, gavemy order to a RANDOM PERSON standing outside. Thank goodness she was kind enough to find my address and actually deliver it tome. This probably goes without saying but the pizza was cold, and the pasta order was wildly incorrect. Avoid this place at allcosts.
