Contribuisci feedbackAt some point, when we get here, they'll take us to a place to wait for our food. The food is always wrong and its cold also after we were supposed to wait for it to be cooked. Don't go to this place unless you want to wait for false, cold food.
We went to lunch on the other day and after the car park and walk to the door we found that the dining room STILL is closed. It's closed since Covid as far as we know. They would think they would put a sign in the parking lot that they are closed inside, but they did not. Car parked by people after the car and went up there and pulled on the door handle and then left or got thru line in the drive. Management must be lazy or stupid. We then went to the drive thru and ordered an 8-piece box and asked if we could have something next to the two breasts because we don't like breasts. We didn't care if they gave us wings or something else, but they said no, they wouldn't. The guy on the speaker sounded very unfriendly. When we opened the box, we were surprised to see the small little pieces of chicken inside. It was like miniature chicken pieces and half of it was cold, including the two breasts we didn't want. They tasted like they've been laying around for a long time. No wonder they wanted to get rid of them. We also ordered a 3 piece dinner and they also put 2 breasts in it, just to be funny I guess because they knew we don't like breasts. They were also cold. For the page we ordered the green beans, but when we got it, it had red beans in it, so we had to return to the thru line drive to change it. When I told him we ordered green beans and got red beans, he said they don't have green beans. That asked me why he didn't tell us when we ordered them. After eating in the car, we noticed that they do not deliver garbage cans, so we had to leave it outside on the floor for them. This location gives Popeye a bad name in the area. That's bad management. We love Popeye's food, but that must be the worst pope.

There are no options for anyone with an oversized vehicle to order and pick up. Do not take any phone instruction, you can not park and pick up inside, you will not allow to go to the window. Zero service model, impossible to do business with. Service: 1/5
I went through the drive through and asked to buy chicken by the piece, which they have done multiple times. The person at the window was extremely rude. He said they could not do it, then proceeded to be condescending when I asked to have just dark meat if I bought the family meal. I chose to leave the line and purchase our chicken from another place. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I will not come back to this location again.
