Burger King - Johnstown

Waited at least 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Food was hot and very good

Onion Rings smelled great. Texture was a little too gummy, but acceptable.

I told the manager whose name is LaQuan(hopefully spelled correctly, if not I sincerely apologize!!)But I was just at this Burger King drive thru and had ordered chicken tenders amongst other items. Tho when home we had unfortunately found out that the chicken tenders were not edible by any means. We had contacted the restaurant and this respectful young man handled this situation with the upmost respect,and was remorseful for the mishap.An with that, Accommodated far more than he had to!! This was something I had not expected and I can't thank him enough.

Check your order, went through drive-through got to work and my order was totally wrong and the girl even was surprised when I said I wanted onion rings instead of fries with the kids meal. Very disappointing. Too far to have gone

It was extremely cold out and numerous cars in the drive thru lane. The crew did an excellent job making sure the line kept moving. Shana was who handed us our food and drinks.
