Creno's Pizza Johnstown

The food is excellent, and it's a dependable place. If there's ever a problem, they take care of it. The staff is friendly, and considering the current challenges with labor in small-town pizza spots, they really do a great job with what they have.

You often hear about the challenges small businesses face in today's economy, yet this establishment has successfully delivered to my address several times recently. I just placed a substantial order, only to receive a call stating that I am half a mile outside their delivery area. It's hard to believe they would turn down a $65 pizza order over just half a mile. I'm sure the owner of this business must truly appreciate that decision!

I will never order from you again! I visited about an hour ago, and not a single employee was wearing a mask—not even the kitchen staff handling the food. Consider yourselves lucky that the health department hasn't shut you down.

This pizza place is a joke. Several times I have walked in to not have anyone at the front of the store. They don't have a door chime so you have to call the store to get anyone to stop hanging out in the back and help you. Lunch deals are a great price so it gets a second star but they have a piece of paper taped to their window with the wrong peices. They just don't seem to care at all so if Johnstown gets ANY decent pizza place near them that delivers they are going down fast.

Wow. Slowly the service has been getting bad. Tonight Kayleb answered the phone while I am waiting for someone to come to counter. He takes order and walks out back. I am still standing there looking at there mag. People walk in. Phone rings again. Kayleb takes order. Then asks people who came in behind me if he could help them. I then spoke up said cancel my order. He then said I should have articulated ? Hmmm I order a pizza. Come in to pick up. Wait. No ones asks me if I needed assistance, and I failed to articulate? Hmmm No more money to this company. Must be why they are out of business in granville. Just wow. Lol
