Parrot Bay Cafe Catering - Johnstown

Never had a good meal at this restaurant and decided to give it another try during the ethnic fest. Big mistake. Waited for a lamb sandwich. They were several dollars more than any other vendor selling lamb, they were light on the portion, the bread was stale they ran out of horse radish, though we specifically asked to make sure they had it before paying $30 for two small sandwiches,and when asked about fries they did not have any of those either. I will say one of the worst experiences on the street from the service to the poor food.

The crab Mac n cheese was amazing! I I also highly recommend the jambalaya. If you see this truck you owe it to yourself to to try. Awesome food!’

The crab cakes are great! The cajun shrimp looks wonderful. And, the crab Mac and cheese ... even though I didn’t have it, it really looks delicious!! Don’t miss this stop!

This food truck is great. Their Crab Mac and Buffalo Mac were fantastic.

I just had the Crab-cake Sandwich Macaroni Cheese it was so delicious. My husband had the Cajun Smash Burger Coleslaw also really liked it. We will definitely be back again. Such a delicious Food-truck. YUMMO!!!
