Domino's Austin Height - Johor Bahru

Call the help centre but never have any replied even for almost 30 minute on call. After 2 hour and half, then I get my pizza and the deliveryman somemore give an attitude that is not my fault and also no late delivery voucher or anything. the pizza is out of shape too. Worst experience

Need help and have called hotline 8 times, but it is totally not reachable. Furthermore, I waited for my food for 1 hour 30min I tried to call hotline again, but not reachable also... I could not cancel my order, could not contact the hotline and did not receive my food . Its so disappointing.. If not enough driver please just tell your customer and inform them of the new approx delivery time. Or let them cancel their order. Totally a very bad experience. But atleast the delivery lady was nice and food was good

Made and paid an order online. Tracker said order was processed at 7.09pm. Pressed the I 'm here function when I arrived in store, but order not ready. Waited a long time, all the while checking tracker. Nobody bother about you in store. Tracker then updated to say order attended to at 7.51pm, eventually handed to me 8pm

I'm one of the regulars. I love domino pizza because a pizza is still soft, even the cold. some more a price very reliable. 1 personal pizza (6 inches) only 5rm if u buy 3 pieces only 15rm then u get 6in x 3 pieces 18 inc overall.

Service is pretty fast, quartro pizza was an interesting attempt for someone who couldn't make their minds out.
