Texas Roadhouse

Food and our server were both absolutely amazing. Food was hot, flavorful, cooked perfectly. Our server was kind, attentive, and even hooked us up with drinks to go.

I ordered takeout—specifically a bacon cheeseburger and fries—at 6 PM, and it’s now 7:30 PM, but my order still isn’t ready. It took over an hour just to get my burger. Being from Texas, I’m really disappointed because this place is doing a disservice to our reputation with their poor service. It seems like businesses prioritize profit over quality. Just for one burger and fries! When you consider this is located on Joint Base Lewis McChord, I can’t help but wonder if that’s part of the issue. I really should have chosen a different restaurant. I'm so disappointed.

Me and my wife have been here a handful of times and it has never let us down until last night.Our server seemed uninterested and was very little help to us, we would have to ask her as she walks by if we can get a refill so on so forth.The food is normally great, but last night it seemed old and stale, the fries actually chipped one of me teeth, I have free dental so not the end of the world but still it baffled me that I had a fry hard enough to break my tooth.I’m giving it a four star in hopes that our next visit will be as good as the rest of ours have been.

Food was delicious. The warm buns are addicting. Love the music and the staff doing line dancing. Great service. Food was so yummy. Decor awesome. Parking great. Love heaters outside when waiting outside. Wish bar was bigger. Love the idea restaurant is on military post. Brings energy and many outsiders together. Great feeling. Manager stopped to visit at our boith. Very nice hospitality.?Parking: Great location. Disappointing experience. Most of our table ended up sending their steaks back because they were overcooked. I had to return mine twice. The waitress didn't refill our rolls, so we had to ask a manager to do it. We often visited Texas Roadhouse in Peoria, AZ, which has always been one of our favorite restaurants with consistently good experiences.
