Place was very busy at 7:00am but all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Donuts were good.

This Dunkin location may be small, but the staff is friendly and the service is quick. It delivers everything you’d expect from Dunkin. It's reassuring to have a spot that maintains the same high standards you love, no matter where you are. The restaurant is clean and inviting, making it easy to get in and out.

This is the only Dunkin' in the area that successfully gets my mom's coffee just right. The staff is always friendly and quick to serve the coffee.

The customer service here is the best among all the Dunkin' Donuts locations in Joliet!

I absolutely love this place! The staff member who assisted me was extremely friendly and helped me set up my DD account without making me feel guilty for taking up his time. It was a wonderful experience!
