It was my first and last visit to this Subway. When one expects to pay $30 because of a big poster that announces a promo without mentioning any exceptions and that one finds himself to pay $45, it fries the arcade. And that in addition, when I mention to the manager that the small sheet mentioning the exceptions could have been stuck on the poster and that he refuses to admit that it would be a solution, it is clear that customer service is not his strength.
I should have taken photos... it's regrettable to see that nothing has changed. It's the only Subway where you have to fight to get toppings in your wrap or sub. I would be ashamed if I were them... we were three... Done.
