This restaurant in Jonchery-sur-Vesle is open in the evenings on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. We arrived on a Wednesday evening at around 7.00 pm. The place was open, but more or less empty. When we asked if we could have a table for two we were simply told Non . We were also told that the same applied on Thursday, but we could come back on Friday or Saturday, or at lunchtime. No explanation was offered for this refusal to serve us. We thought at first that the owner was joking, but he was serious! When we walked past again about an hour later the place was still more or less deserted. Can a restaurant really just refuse to serve you?

Malgré une salle qui n'est pas très accueillante, l'accueil par le patron l'est franchement. Je n'ai testé que le burger classique, qui est très bon, bon steak haché, un petit bémol pour la cuisson saignante non respectée (un peu surcuit), les frites sont faites maison et sont très bonnes. Le service est rapide. Le rapport qualité/prix est au top ! Je recommande cette brasserie pour un déjeuner sans prise de tête !

Une invitation réussie. Certainement la meilleure table entre Chateau Thierry et DORMANS. Service courtois et efficace. Des assiettes très bonnes et inventives. Un bon dejeuner d'affaires.
