One incident one of the employees first day at work and he couldn't wait to get home. He's in the bathroom blazing up while people are waiting bout 15 minutes to place order. I can't make this up smh. Then go back again days later some guy and my sides are half full.
These people suck! They have terrible customer service, and try to short you on everything. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and they put two tenders on a hamburger bun. ???? They put a medium size fry in a large cup and charge you full price! Seriously needs new management
The lady was nice at the drive-thru but I ordered a number one plus two chicken legs and macaroni with a side of coleslaw I only got the two chicken legs and macaroni and coleslaw they forgot my number one didn't ring me up so it wasn't really a problem
I experienced a freshly prepared entrée along with tasty sides. It was clearly evident with the flavor, taste, and quality of the meal that adequate time was placed into the preparation of the chicken. I'd happily have this meal again and again. Thanks to the team for ensuring a wonderful customer experience on a day whereby everything else was not going along as well as I had planned. Kudos to you!
Witnessed a woman that says she is the store manager refuse to give a customer his money back for messing up his order because he used profanity in his vocabulary. She told him she would not issue a refund or give him the correct food because the young man didn 't know how to talk to a woman she even stated he can call the police as well. I personally will never return to this location. I told the guy he should call the BBB since he was recording her and has evidence.
