Panda Chinese - Jonesboro

Awful experience! The restaurant had mold on the walls and ceiling, the food selection was minimal, and the flavors did not resemble Chinese cuisine at all. The lo mein tasted overwhelmingly of garlic. It was a waste of money. I plan on driving 20 minutes to Ruston to get Peking from now on. However, the staff were friendly.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this restaurant and I opted for the takeout buffet. There was a wide variety of options to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. The hostess at the front door was extremely kind, had a beautiful smile, and was very helpful. Good customer service is essential to me, and she went above and beyond, earning a 12+ rating (excellent service) in my book! The food was delicious, and I plan on returning today with my Mom. Thank you Panda Restaurant for a great experience!

I came to celebrate my birthday with my son at this restaurant because I used to love their food. However, the quality of their food has really declined. The dishes from the 1st station, including the main courses, were cold and did not taste as good as before. It is not worth the price paid for it. On a positive note, the service was good. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the standards it had a month ago.

Buffet was arranged with all my favorites, and deliciously fresh.Napkins too small, but plenty offered.Enjoyed dinning in with mom and granddaughter. Thank you Panda.

The food is incredibly delicious and always fresh, the service is friendly and the prices are very
