Shadrachs Coffee Roasting Company

The coffee here is excellent, and that’s the main reason for my rating. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The summer staff was fantastic, but since school resumed, the new team has been quite disappointing. They frequently mess up my orders—once, they made my iced Americano incorrectly and even spilled it on me, ruining my white shirt. To make matters worse, they only offered me a single napkin and didn’t even apologize. I don’t want to be seen as a “Karen,” but I can’t help but express my frustration. It’s puzzling how they transitioned from such great summer staff to this current crew.

I'm originally from Georgia, so I'm used to Dunkin' coffee. Since that option isn't available here, I've been trying different coffee places. I visited Shadrach's a few times since moving here on August 20, but I didn't really care for anything I tried. However, the girl who helped me yesterday listened to how I usually order my drink from Dunkin' and worked her coffee magic to create something similar for me. She even wrote it down so I would know how to order it from now on. Thank you so much!

I really enjoy the coffee and the atmosphere created by the staff, but I wish there were more sugar-free options available.

Coffee here is great that’s all my rating is based on. Service here is horrible though. Summer staff was great then school started the new staff is the worst. They pretty much always make my drink wrong (literally an iced americano dude spilled my drink on me. Ruined my white shirt. Then gave me one napkin didn’t even apologize The summer staff was so great so idk where they dug up this set of people I try not to complain cause I wouldn’t want to be a “Karen” but come on
