Sonic Drive In 4654 - Jonesboro

Was in the area and decided to stop here for food and drinks. The food was absolutely terrible. The sonic burgers tasted old, it was not fresh and it looked thrown together. I also ordered a children's dish and the chicken strips were too hard for a child. Very dissatisfied with service and food. This place must be inspected, and they should not eat like that. Not to mention the customer service was terrible. I will never return to this place. Not sure that Sonic owners would be satisfied with this.

Literally sitting here now write review. Customer service suck. No, I just read and paid the order. I brought the drinks in the window, not open their mouth. Train your employees on how excellent customer service looks.

I've been living here for six months and I've never got a milkshake from this place. This is crazy that the machine is always down. When the machine is down so long, this increases the concerns of cleanliness inside. I need to come and search the health inspector

The WORST SERVICE EVER! The young lady who worked on the window was very rude when I told her that my drink wasn't what I ordered. At first she didn't let me tell her what I ordered and insisted to speak. Also said that they did not take my order, still hearing my drink wrong for the second time because of NOT. Bad customer service, hearing skills, lack of empathy! I understand that the squares are short; but the staff you should have understand how you work in a way that keeps the right standards.

I wish I could rate this location a ZERO! First issue, none of the stalls were available to order so I had to wait in the extremely long drive through line so I decided to just go ahead and place a mobile order so by the time I got to the window, the food would be somewhat prepared. Did that and paid on the app, only to get to the window and find out the ice cream machine wasn?t working and half the things I ordered weren?t available. Of course they?re unable to refund so I?m in the process of working with customer service for my refund which is super annoying. Also, employees were super rude! The girl over the microphone slammed the drive thru window in our face after asking for a refund. Just an overall horrible experience! Wont be back!
