Wendy's - Jonesboro

I love this place. At time they are busy and we must remember they are human and they are tired just like the rest of us. Just talk to the manager they will make it right. I appreciate everything they do and remain open at this.

It was a great experience for my service dog and I. Customer service was excellent

Unfortunately, the last five times we went to this wendy, they screwed up our orders. we order a daves double with certain toppings we get a baconator with all toppings. everytime we order all spicy chicken sandwich we got something wrong. ordered spicy bacon bretzel pub sandwich and got one of them with a normal bungalow and burger patty. ordered the same today and instead got a classic chicken sandwich. we loved these Wendy’s, but as we don’t have the right orders in more than five, we can’t go there anymore:

Let me say that eating is in the rule on the point. but at many places is not open in time when asked why when the sign says 6:30. no real reason, only we do not open for another 10-20 minutes. I understand that the dinge happen, but it is so common that they should change the announced time when their so much of a problem some of us work and only have time to stop at a place.

Terrible food, but good customer service. Me and my woman felt sick after two chicken sandwiches from this place. Not ever again.
