Mcdonald's - JONESBOROUGH

I went to the restaurant and ordered a sweet tea with light ice, which was about a 5-mile journey. Unfortunately, it ended up being unsweetened! I don’t know why, but that really ruined my day!

I was second in line at the drive-thru. After paying, I was told to move forward and wait for my order. I waited for 10 to 15 minutes for my fries while six other cars came and went. I even saw people who had ordered fries in bowls getting their food before me. Finally, I received my order, which included cold fries, cold burgers, and no drink.

Asked about Ketchup, didn't you? I asked for napkins. Quartier ordered without cheese and waited for 10 minutes. Pulled away, opened the box and (sorry it a ?no cheese? Stickers on box) there were 3 pieces of cheese on it. Pulled back, went to the store and returned the burger. Then they made me a new one, but the already cold frits were unthinkable at that time. They have not offered to replace them. Not the first time this happened. Don't come back! Bad service, bad management, bad hearing skills and bad attitudes!

Advertising is misleading. If something is to be sold in the app, limit values must be specified. Otherwise I would have been happier.

McMuffin is awesome but this McDonald's is Not guest focused or friendly.; Definitely not inviting or welcoming to dine in.
