I've only used the drive through and had coffee, but service is always fast and friendly, and the coffee is excellent!
Jonesville Michigan Biggby is clean and the staff are always pleasant and professional. My only complaint is they are very SLOW getting orders out.
Love the people and the food. This is the only place that always makes drinks the way they should
WILL ABSOLUTLEY NEVER BE BACK TO THIS BIG B LOCATION.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WHEN I WENT FURTHER TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE MANAGERS THEY BASICALLY SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY.TAKE THE EXTRA 5 MINUTES AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
