One of the biggest PnP Hypermarkets in town. Convenient for all your grocery needs. Neat and clean. They have a Clothing section, as well as a large household appliances/tech section. Fresh fruit and veg. Quick service at the express tills. Lots of cashier tills, no long wait. There's a Wimpy next to it. And some other smaller stores. Fruit and Veg next door.

Since this store has been upgraded, it is a pleasure to shop here. The store has a wonderful modern look and it is clean. You feel like you want to shop at this store now. The store layout is very pleasant, with nice wide isles.

Modernised, fresh aesthetics, spacious aisles and comfortable environment makes this store a joy to walk into following friendly security acknowledging your presence. Service levels on floor could be improved if there were actually staff around, but totally different experience at the tills where there are over enough till operators and packers available. After initially wanting to buy just one item I realised I'd be buying more and needed a basket, but due to the size of the store, I had to take a trek to the front of the store for a basket. Perhaps consider putting baskets at strategic points within the store such as the back aisle.

The shop is spacious and clean. Unfortunately some of the cashiers are not very friendly . The other big concern is the ladies bathrooms always have a bad smell. It's not very neat as well. The guards at the parking lodge are they from a private company? They not really watch the vehicles. They all standing at one point waiting for customers to come out of the center. Then they all storms up to you to push the trolley. My question is they not supposed to be at the row pointing out to them to oversee to the vehicles.

Geniel from your store went above and beyond in assisting me with an asap return. She could see I was in a hurry and that printing invoice ect would take long. She immediately took everything in her own hands, logged the return for me and constantly kept me informed. Well done Geniel your conduct is a great example of awesome customer care.
