Orient Express Delivery - Joplin

Ordered extra general sauce at the counter when i walked in to pick up my phone order. Always do because their G chicken is ALWAYS super dry. When i called to tell them they forgot my extra sauce the manager said that because i wasnt charged there was nothing they would do. Must be my fault the girl didnt do her job and charge me. Guess the girl at the front counter couldnt understand english becuase what we got was extra cashew sauce. NO CHARGE. On top of that the crunchies for the soup were stale. Customer service and lack of ability to comprehend simple english and stale dry food is why we will never be back and will make sure when people ask where to get chinese we will say. Never go to the orient express, they SUCK and they dont care that they SUCK!!

The food did not taste. Fresh at all. It was not very warm and tasted stale.

5 Stars for the Best Chinese in town also the Crab Rangoon's are delicious!!! Got the sweet and sour chicken with large rice and egg rolls!! Order early for door dash because they close during busy hours for delivery that is the only thing that I wish they delivered during the weekend.

We ordered the lunch special, and the sauce was so hot that it burned though the container and burned my mother's hands. We called to ask for another sauce, and were told to bring our food and they'd make it all fresh. Once we got there an older woman accused us of dropping it, and was very rude. They remade half of our order, while mine there and got cold. I won't be doing business here again.

It would be a 5* if there is more rice. About $11 for a portion and rice is a little imo. Overall its a good experience.
