Shake's Frozen Custard - Joplin

I really enjoy visiting this place, and their ice cream is absolutely fantastic.

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing from the start. The staff at the front counter seemed overwhelmed, which created a chaotic atmosphere. When my order arrived, the custard was half melted, indicating a lack of attention to detail. Everything about this place made me consider going somewhere else, but I decided to give it a shot anyway—and I truly regret that decision.

I think 40 years old and my love for ice cream, I tried them all! I've been living in Joplin for years and I've been constantly driving Shakes! Never stopped?! Idk why??? Because THAT was literally the best FROZEN ZUSTARD/Eiscream, I have EVER HAD! So I'll stop more! The reason I stopped was because I got a free little concrete sent for my day that their share and prices are also fabulous! I mean, what a little is 14 ounces (like a pint ice cream almost!?? Try her concrete with reese’s with cheesecake pieces (I also added caramel, but chocolate fudge or not would be good?? Shakes! And her sweet employee made the experience that was much better.

My concrete was straight liquid. Girl Didn’t listen to what we wanted and acted annoyed with us. Will go to Andy’s next time. Not worth the money.

I’m a truck driver and I walked up to order these 3 ignored me like I was some homelesswhen I had money I wanted to order a milkshake. 6:40 pm on 12/17/2022 no one else was in line either
