Here 'Gros-de-Vaud ' magic should hit on you and the traveller realizes that even in Suisse Romande (French speaking part of Switzerland) there are 'islands of time ' where you feel like being still in 1970. The owner strives to adjust to present time and is offering a lunch buffet that offers a lot for its modest cost (around 20 francs). in the evening he cooks fondues and braseros and else. There is a terrace, but I recommend the old style small dining hall new the bar. more like during good old times of last millenium!
We had a very nice evening in this restaurant. The food was delicious and very friendly service. Plant to be back there soon.
I went to eat there three times and enjoyed it each time. The food is excellent, the portions are generous and the lady who serves us (the boss? is warm and friendly.

A wonderful experience. Beautiful gourmet and tasty cuisine. Beef marinated and tasted in strong broth fondue and matchstick fries. I unreservedly recommend this establishment. Many thanks again for the warm welcome and authenticity.
