Outstanding!!! Best Asian in Amsterdam!! The sushi was amazing!! The Rib Eye meat was perfect!! Arguably the best kitchen and outstanding service!! The quality of Conservatorium Hotel speaks itself!!

Ambiente Acolhedor, tudo perfeito.

The lounge is at the lobby of the hotel, and the interior of this hotel is definitely something else. Loved the decor in the brasserie lounge area, especially the greenery surrounding the place, and the skylight. The food and service were great, would definitely recommend visiting it and trying out their breakfast.

I’ve been there 4 times and the food is fantastic. I don’t understand the bad reviews. It is more expensive than other restaurants but the quality is good, service is good, it is never too crowded and noisy. It is always my little place to go.

Service was excellent and caring, suggestions were spot on. Food was exceptional.
