I was super excited to try out this place that has been on my list for 2 years since I love matcha. However, it seems I got unlucky. There were 2 guys at the register and maybe they didn 't know how to prepare matcha because the matcha was very clumpy probably because it was not strained at all and not whisked well. It was not an enjoyable experience even thought it seems that their matcha is good quality. After receiving the matcha I asked about the clumps and they told me that 's how it should be which I know is not correct but I didn 't want to be rude. We also got hojicha and it was unfortunately clumpy as well. However it was prepared poorly and I was very sad since this is a place I was so excited to try.

Havent tried the whole menu, will update soon, but we were super disappointed with the dango, im pretty sure its uncooked, not chewy at all, it taste like uncooked flour and no sweet coating at all, idk.. but the matcha is good.. but the dango made me wrote 3 stars Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Really bad service!!!!!! We ordered 2 matcha lattes with oat milk but, we received one dark matcha with basically no oat milk and one basically just with oat milk and the drinks were only half full when we received it. We also ordered one matcha nama chocolate but only received one matcha piece without nothing. Overall we are just disappointed by everything since we had to wait almost an hour for the order. The service was also unprofessional and didn’t know how to handle certain situations and for the price this was just a big joke.We can not understand the good reviews and most definitely don’t recommend this place.

As for me it was one of the best sushi I ever tried in Amsterdam. The atmosphere was perfect. This place has ethnic Japan vibe. The only thing I don’t like is matcha and mochi. Service: Dine in Price per person: €70–80 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
