Vattenramen - Jordaan

By far the best Ramen in Amsterdam if not the Netherlands..Truly loved every bit it! Both times!!! The one one the Kerkstraat 148 for it’s chicken Ramen!! (And the one on Zeedijk 18, for its tonkotsu Ramen, is going to be awesome!! Mark my words!! Authentic Japanese is what that super-chef does. Friendly waitresses, quick service, delicious foods, great people, I strongly recommend it! definitely worth a great people, I strongly recommend it!! I strongly recommend it! Well worth a 5stars

Dear Vattenramen, your ramen are incredibly delicious, wow! What disappoints me though is that there is no real vegetarian dish on your entire menu. Even the vegetable ramens are based on chicken stock. How about putting a veggie stock option on your menu?
