Delicious and super creative sushi and dumplings, fully plant based, but no compromise on taste! We tried the December menu and it was awesome. Cozy place with a subtle music at the background where you can enjoy a good conversation as well as good food. I can recommend the biologic red wine, but there are also cocktails very affordable.

Great restaurant for plantbased eaters! This is not your standard vegan sushi place. We had the gyoza, the Chef's Special and the Mont Blanc for dessert and everything we got was presented beautifully, tasted great and had a unique twist. The staff is super friendly too. If you are plantbased, love sushi and are in Amsterdam, you have to visit Plant Based Sushi!

I’ll start by saying that I’m not vegan nor a vegetarian and I love sushi (the real deal one)…however, I was intrigued by this restaurant and wanted to try it. The place is simple and cosy, the atmosphere very relaxing. The chef is quite creative and everything I tried was delicious and surprising. Excellent food, and a great presentation as well. It both looks and tastes delicious. The service is very friendly too and they explain everything extremely well. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely go here again
