Suzette's - Jordan

Suzette is perfect. All there is is the right thing. The Escargot is everything you want in escargot: rich garlic butter sauce over some essential, fresh and light earth mortar and a fluffy pastry. I am a person who prefers raisins in my bread pudding; but I give Suzettes a free pass in this respect, because raisins would only ruin the consistent cuddly texture in homemade formula. If you are looking for something easier there, go for the crabcakes! They are wonderfully fluffy. What this restaurant really completes is the welcoming atmosphere for me. The food is elevated, but the place is picturesque, quiet and tidy. The employees are all really welcoming and down-to-earth and maintain a high standard of knowledge and practice. I live in Michigan, but I make a point to stop Suzette when I'm in or around Jordan.

Great food! My sister, great niece and I went to the largest Candy shop and decided to stop st Suzette on the way home. We had an hour before Suzette's opening. So we drove to St. Peter and for my great niece it was the widest south she was in Minnesota. The food was worth waiting! I had the best rib I ever had. As we ate, we made all comments about how big the food was several times. I think on the way back to the cities we talked about our meals more than half the trip. On my list is definitely a return visit. Our waitress was fantastic, answered all the questions and made us very welcome.

Love, love, love! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Decor feels like a French café. Escargot was just fantastic! Like Crem Brule. Would like to see on the menu Crepes and some French wines on the glass. The soups were also delicious (homemade) and the meat was tasteful and delicate. French Bread would also be a great addition. The Fön Rolls were good, but not as good as a crispy French bread. also a beautiful Perrier water would be appreciated! We'll be back soon!

A special place! Food is excellent and service is always personal and prompt. Such a treat at Suzette.

Suzette's is a charming little restaurant with great food, excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. My husband loved the pork and cranberries and I had seafood pasta dish. Our entire party of 6 was very impressed. Who would've thought the hwy 169 spot would be such a gem??? Definitely recommend it!
