More amazing place to get a real BBQ plate. generous portions, large variety of sides. they are in the open to get the beautiful smoke air from their kitchen. in the middle of nothing!

Fantastic grill. we had the Sharing plate that was the right amount for the three of us. I have enjoyed the iberico and the brisket especially, but there is much more. as with the sides, make sure that the mac and cheese try!

Large brisket, sides are a little slender selection at summer time, well ripened, pulled boarswurst decent. they pay after ordered meat weight, side are fixed price. the brisket is by far the best on the menu and that is really good.

The food at this restaurant was excellent. We ordered three trays of the "trinity," which included ribs, sausage, and side dishes such as Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and dessert. It would have been even better if there were more options for side dishes, like fries. The seating and decorations were really cool. I thought the cactus on the way in was a funny touch, but maybe that's just me.

There may be some small details to overlook, but this restaurant has come a long way in terms of authenticity. If you enjoy BBQ and exploring industrial areas, this is the perfect spot for you. However, trying all the options available for the day can get pricy. I have never quite understood the plain and unremarkable accessories.
