Pizza Barn - Joshua

Word to the wise.... I ordered a pizza from here, they lost our order and didn 't tell us until almost 2 hours after ordering. (Initially, they claimed they were so busy, that our pizza just hadn 't been delivered yet The owner said next time we ordered he would cover the cost of a pizza, ok fine I 'm thinking he 's made it good. I called him personally because that 's what he told me to do, he said I don 't own it anymore, so I can 't do your pizza. Now I see that indeed he does own it...... (On a side note the girls who answer the phone greatly lack customer service!

Pizza barn made it right with a free pizza and delivery along with great customer service. I will go back and recommend them now after making a effort to resolve the issue and satisfy their customer .

Waited an hour half to get pizza was supposed to be 45 minutes. When it did arrive there was no extra cheese and all 4 pizzas were cold.
