We summarize the results of this assessment in a brief way: The Dyker Wine House definitely doesn't see us again for a while! We wanted to celebrate a birthday with seven people on 21.05.17. A table was reserved. Two tables were occupied in the outdoor area at 12:30. In the interior, the occupancy was about 40 of the places most guests served themselves at the Brunchbuffet. At the use of tables we immediately noticed that a lot of used dishes and glasses were on the tables. Our table was covered and reserved. There was another company in a hall. There were about 5 female and 2 male operators in use. That's a counterforce. One of the two gentlemen asked if we wanted to eat a la carte, what we confirmed. We ordered a large bottle of water and two yeast wheat. There was no question to other people at the table whether they want to drink something different. There was a children's card, so we could choose for the children. Then, after a long time, these drinks and the cards came. A still reordered Fanta came only after two warnings. We were more and more interested in the fact that the ladies acted in an intermittent manner. Many vacancies. No eyes for the condition of the tables. Often only individual plates or glasses in their hands. No or no use of trays. We then ordered two presupposes and seven main dishes As a deviating order, there was a completely insane discussion and, in addition, a completely wrong discussion. On our request the soups and the children's food came at the same time. In the case of the asparagus scales, the asparagus pieces were partly ungart. The children's pommes were at least very far from the salt level. Tomato sauce on pasta would have been better from the glass. And then hardly anything else happened. An empty water bottle was reserved on request. The empty but remained on our table despite attempting to submit as another used object besides the four shed covers. A question about an open wine advice has been answered completely incompetently, which is actually served as a starter after more than 30 minutes cold on request. After 45 minutes, a part of the table had not been cleared. Let alone the five main dishes served. Also the male waiter we spoke to the state of the table heard this ignorant, went to the neighboring table and continued to pick up orders. No part was cleared. Not my construction site. Then, according to some requirements, the main courts finally reached its peak: A duck totally tough roasted claws gum-like and completely overrated salad with cruel dressing and full streak. The whole thing in front of the scenery of a guest treasure, which is becoming increasingly restless even on the neighboring tables, in front of untidy tables in the midst of completely ineffectively acting personnel. The duck went back completely. Against the background of this spectacle, we have almost escaped the house. In the cafe/restaurant of the neighboring castle Dyks we got the dessert. Conclusion see above.
We were there with a married couple on recommendation. Once and not again. That. Price performance ratio is simply said: miserable. Now I can understand that the restaurant was almost empty. A total of 8 people! Until we got our food passed a good hour. In Allen, the flesh of tendons was passed, the side dishes, potatoes, croquettes and Pommes not hot, but almost cold. All drinks also didn't have the right temperature. And if you serve the guest tough meat, at least the knives should be sharp. On my question whether there are no sharp knives, I got the answer that this is so better for the reason of the then existing danger of injury! You don't have to go back to dinner.

NO GO! Have waited over 1/2 hour in the beer garden to order a piece of cake with coffee. This came after another 1/2 hour after all the guests who had been fed for a long time.... Kellner basically looked down and reacted to nothing. Only at other tables was spent a lot of time.... the waiters know why!!!!!!! Were former regular guests with the old tenants, was always good. Unfortunately, today the very opposite.
