Highlights include the smoked salmon sashimi and the gyozas! Everything delicious and fresh! I wouldn’t even dream of going anywhere else when it comes to Japanese food! Service: Dine in
Cozy atmosphere, attentive waiters. In my humble opinion, the quality of the establishment has dropped a little in recent months, lean rotation, some options unavailable on the day (shitake and shimeji) in addition to the limitation of pieces (sweet harumaki) I believe that for the value it should not have limitations and could count on more options . Just to be clear, everything that was ordered arrived quickly and was delicious. Service: Dine in
We opted for the rodizio and we identified that the same pieces we ordered at the beginning and repeated at the end, the quality has dropped, this is an error in almost all the rodizio, regrettable. Another thing, when it comes to Japanese cuisine and, knowing that some people may be allergic to some seafood, such as shrimp, it is imperative that the sushi Man has at least two knives, this avoids unpleasant situations with those who have an intolerance to seafood. .
My experience at the restaurant during Valentine's Day was marked by total disorganization. Despite having made a reservation, we were surprised to wait in line for over an hour before being accommodated. As far as the food goes, it was tasty and the pieces were well done. However, the presentation of the dishes left a lot to be desired, detracting from the visual experience. The environment itself was pleasant, but the lack of staff to deal with the amount of customers was evident. Although the staff were polite, you could see the panic in their eyes as they were unable to adequately serve everyone. In addition, we faced problems with wrong orders and delay in delivery. These issues negatively impacted the pace of the meal, causing frustration and increasing wait times.
I celebrated Valentine's Day at Arigatô and, unfortunately, I had a bit of an exhausting experience. While the food was tasty, it wasn't anything extraordinary compared to other places I've tried. The staff were very kind, however it seemed that they couldn't handle the amount of customers present in the restaurant. We had to wait almost an hour between the pieces we ordered, which ended up affecting the flow of the meal and diminishing the experience as a whole. In addition, the restaurant made mistakes in the delivery of parts several times. Although they tried to correct the order on one occasion, they sent us the wrong parts again. This caused even more frustration and increased the wait. Another negative point was the organization of the establishment. Many people made appointments, but still had to wait in line for over an hour, some even giving up eating. This demonstrates a lack of planning and proper management on the part of the restaurant. Overall, my experience at the restaurant over Valentine's Day was disappointing. Despite the tasty food and kind staff, issues with waiting and incorrect delivery of parts marred the experience. I recommend the restaurant to improve the service capacity and organization to avoid similar situations in the future.
