My husband hired Chef Matou for a late personal chef Valentine's dinner, she came over and cooked for us and taught us about Haitian food from beginning to end! We had enough food for at least 20 meals at the end! We had pork, chicken, beer salad, black rice, eggplant, and a dessert and all of them were amazing! The chicken was so tender and flavorful! We would definitely hire her again and try other dishes and share with friends, very memorable experience!
Had the sampler platter, it was very good. The fried pork is proper pork belly, the wings were fresh, and the vinegar cole slaw was a nice side to cut through the fatty flavor of the meats. The plantains were a nice addition to the meal. Owner is a veteran, and very nice. Will be trying the other dishes in the future.
First time eating there and definitely will have to go back the food was great and what I expected!!! also great customer service
