Contribuisci feedbackWhy have drive thru when you tell every person that rolls up to come in? That's trash advertisement and a total inconvenience which convenience is the whole point of the drive thru. Doesn't matter the owner doesn't care about either of the subways in j c their both trashy.
Fresh vegetables, nice customer service very friendly staff. Went there at 6:30
The flatbread is now a tortilla. The teriyaki sandwich had little-to-no sauce.Napkins were all bunched up like trash in the bag instead of folded.
By far the worst subway sandwich experience ive ever had. I placed an order on the app picked up through the drive thru. The flat bread was extremely hard crunchy as if it was a chip. I didn’t get a topping I asked for when I picked it up, I sat in the drive thru for quite a bit of time. When the female worker came over she opened the window didn’t speak. I said hello told her I placed an online order. She shut the window, went got my order, handed it to me said have a good day. As if she was extremely annoyed. Overall very unhappy wont be going back. Always order from the subway on 6th street!
The manager there crystal is a terrible model, for everyone at subway, an outside of subway. She needs to learn that when she messes up an order that she needs to fix it. She had to catch a attitude with me, bc she missed my cookies I called ahead an a nice lady answered an said I can come pick them up but than when I got there crystal told me that I can’t get my missed cookies because she remembers packaging them up herself so I should have got them. She continued to raise her voice at me an I walked into without my cookies. Thank you crystal for being a terrible person!!!!
