PÉSSIMO (we bet também no Google Maps). 20/12/2022 Foi people ignored and não tinha nothing. To function sumiu for a few minutes and ficou tudo sozinho. It was meant to be able to até ter mexido no computador. Quando apareceu a functionária, ela dizia que não tinha frango, não tinha macarrão e fazia cara de nem aí. Não tinha nada e fomos subjugados. Sad to exist a place assim.
I gave preference to this restaurant whenever I went to JundiaiShopping, but after this situation I will think hard before choosing there again. They 've been much better, considering the bad experience I went through today, 12/20/22. We arrived at the place and we were waiting a long time, nobody to answer and we were planted there. There wasn 't even anyone in the kitchen. When I was about to go in to check it out, an employee with an unfriendly face appeared and looked at us the whole time with an air of contempt, after informing us that they had no linguini or chicken, making the dish we chose on the menu unfeasible. According to her, there was only ordinary pasta... But charging for ordinary pasta instead of a different one, no way! How can they let it get to this point... The worst of all, in short, what impacted us the most, was the precarious and despicable service. We gave up having lunch there more because of that than because of the lack of supplies, which is also serious for a restaurant, an interference. We noticed after leaving that the employee who answered us went backstage and stayed on her cell phone. The girl who was in the kitchen had to turn around to take care of the cashier too. We would like this report to reach the local administration so that the service concepts are immediately reviewed, because if it continues like this, they will only lose customers!
