Mi Casa Mexican American - Juneau

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed an order and was informed it would take 45 minutes to an hour, but then the call got disconnected. I arrived an hour later, only to be told they couldn't find my order and that I had called when they were busy. I attempted to call back at least 10 times with no response. This is the second time I've encountered issues like this recently. Typically, the food and service are good, but it's unacceptable to hang up while I'm waiting for my total and then not answer my calls or fulfill my order because you're too busy.

For Juneau, this restaurant is fantastic! As someone who has moved from the Southwest, I really appreciated the change from halibut, fresh crab, Dungeness crab, and salmon. We make it a point to visit once a year.

The food was great, and the atmosphere felt genuinely authentic. The staff were also very friendly. I would recommend that management consider moving the cash register closer to the entrance, as they seem concerned about non-customers using the restrooms. While I'm not a food expert, I can say my taste buds and stomach were satisfied, and I didn't spend a fortune enjoying a delicious, home-cooked-style meal with my family while we were traveling. This might explain why there are no fast-food chains like Taco Bell in Juneau.

Ate the 3 steak tacos at the bar with a good pomegranate margarita ?. Enjoyed the food. The bartenders were awesome ladies.

Food was amazing from the price and the service was amazing. Very fast and friendly
