Starbucks - Juneau

This Starbucks located within a Safeway is in need of some renovations, as it appears quite a bit worn down. On my recent visit, they had run out of mocha syrup, which was disappointing. Additionally, when we ordered a white mocha hot chocolate for my 5-year-old, they mistakenly made him a white mocha latte. However, the staff were very accommodating and quickly remade his drink for us.

It's a Starbucks located inside a Safeway in Juneau. It's neither particularly good nor bad.

The drinks are incredibly delicious, and the service is excellent—there's hardly any wait time. I absolutely love this place!

They really understand coffee here. I ordered a tall coffee and informed them that I was sitting in the dining area. I know they don't deliver directly, but I expected a call when it was ready. My coffee sat there for 20 minutes without anyone notifying me. Please make an effort; a $5 coffee deserves better service.
