Glicks Kosher Market - Juno Ridge

Nice pre made salads, deli meats, fish all fresh. I go for the A&H low fat low sodium hot dogs. Many speciality items. Nice little place to shop.

UNSAFE FOOD STORAGE We spent hundreds of dollars here on Passover items. We opened up the dairy we purchased right after buying it and there was visible mold on 4 items and 5 more were sour, a bad texture and clearly off. This shows a lack of food safe handling at Glicks. When we brought the items back to get our money back, the cashier refused to give a refund citing a policy of no returns on Passover items. This has nothing to do with a Passover purchase and everything to do with Glicks responsibility to sell food safe items and take ownership when they have peddled spoiled items at exorbitant prices no less. We will not be returning for further purchases- not because of the money on a few items and not because of the terrible lack of customer service but because how could we trust the quality and safety of the food they sell?
