Tempura House - Juno Ridge

I ordered the Peking duck and spare ribs. The spare ribs were mostly gristle and the duck was anything but crispy. What a disappointing waste of a lot of money.

I raved about the food here on previous visits but they really went downhill! Spareribs were not fresh, crab rangoons tasted like there was a chemical in it, shrimp with walnuts was dry and tasteless. Will not go back to this place!

I ordered the house special fried rice last night and it was bad. The rice was over cooked , hard and crunchy. There was no flavor. Under new management, well I got news for you new management your food has gotten worse. I use to love your fried rice, Lo Mein and Pad Thai. Your quality of food has gone down and you lost me as a customer. I also observed the manager yelling at two of the young girls working the front that were doing their best. I told the manager she was wrong and the few customers I observed that came in were very rude, they didn't deserve that treatment. It was very unprofessional as a manager and those employees never deserved such treatment. There was also two customers in the business not wearing any mask, it took another customer making a scene, that an employee said something to the two customers.

I really like the takeout here, the lunch combo is a great price and comes with a good amount of food, and the wait isn't too long at all.

Was not too crazy about this place but with the new management I actually liked the chicken hibachi. Have not tried the other plates yet though.
