Chubby Salmon Hibachi And Sushi

During our visit home, we struggled to find a great sushi spot, but we've finally discovered it! We ordered the spicy salmon bowl, which was incredibly fresh and had a wonderfully clean flavor. The volcano roll was, without a doubt, one of the best rolls we've ever tasted; the pieces practically melted in our mouths. The rice was perfectly cooked, the avocado was soft and fresh, and the salmon was clean and flavorful. I only wish we were hungrier so we could have tried more dishes. The sushi chef kindly came to our table to check on our meal, and the owner served us with a warm and friendly demeanor. She even treated us to a complimentary sample of their signature sushi, which was raw salmon sashimi topped with a hint of pesto. We highly recommend Chubby Salmon for sushi!

The best sushi spot in all of Florida! The food is fantastic, but what truly stands out is the attentive wait staff and the owners. Together, they create an evening of pure enjoyment. Thank you, Chubby Salmon!

Delicious food and incredibly friendly staff! We’ve tried several sushi rolls, including the TNT, volcano roll, and slamming salmon roll, all of which were fantastic. The ramen is also exceptional, made with high-quality pork. The appetizers, such as the gyoza and pork buns, are incredibly flavorful. They offer a diverse menu at very reasonable prices—don’t expect to pay $22 for a sushi roll like at other places in Jupiter. This is a lovely, family-owned local restaurant. The chef even comes to our table to recommend menu items. We will definitely keep coming back!

Beautiful presentation and out of this world sushi! The chef is incredible and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the sushi. I live in Daytona Beach and I would drive down Judy for the sushi!!

An unexpected gem in Jupiter...Chubby Salmon sushi. A creative chef/owner who creates a dining experience. By far, the best sushi in the area.
