Yogurtland - Jurupa Valley

I can’t believe I had to wait over 10 minutes for them to fix the machines. It was obvious that one woman was cleaning them, while another was clearing the toppings and mopping the floor. It’s funny how they still have more than 40 minutes until closing time, yet now there are more people waiting.

The yogurt here was excellent, with a variety of flavors to choose from. However, I was put off by how sticky the entire floor was—it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. It was quite unpleasant, and I'm unsure if I'll come back to this location.

This place has some of the worst flavors I've ever tried! The staff is quite uninformed, and they don't do a good job of maintaining cleanliness at this location. It's actually quite dirty. The tables, floors, countertops, and toppings area are all in terrible condition. Save your money and buy some frozen yogurt and toppings from the market instead!

The selection of toppings is always excellent. However, today they only accepted credit cards and not cash.

This is the best frozen yogurt place for me! My fiancée and I make it a weekly tradition to treat ourselves here. There was one time when a few of the flavors were unavailable, but the staff went above and beyond to get us the flavors we wanted. It's true that sometimes certain flavors run out or some machines are out of order, but with the variety of flavors and toppings still available, the visit is always worth it. The customer service is fantastic. I will definitely be back for more!
