Contribuisci feedbackI recently visited this restaurant for breakfast. I requested caramel in my coffee but it was not added. When I mentioned this to the server at the window, she insisted that it was in the drink when it was not. We also ordered some food items which were delivered to our table, but they forgot to include our hash browns. Additionally, the grilled cheese we ordered was cold in the middle.
Well, what can I say? Just your typical drive-thru experience. I parked and had my food ready as soon as I pulled into the parking spot.
I parked in the curb-side parking after placing an order online via the app. After waiting for 10 minutes with no staff coming out to assist me, I decided to go to the drive-thru instead. The staff member at the window seemed unhappy when I mentioned my experience.
Disappointed I understand that my order is made wrong from time to time, but I was made coffee with an allergy that I didn't just have that, but it wasn't even the right
I love my Dunkin and I will never stop going to get that Morning coffee. But by far this Dunkin has the worse customer service I have ever experienced.
