Never been to a drive through that was kinder or more professional. Food top notch!

The workers here are a joke! I came through the drive-through. The woman told me my amount didn’t say hello or anything, I went ahead and gave her my money. She gave me my change, closed the window talking about the eclipse, etc. I was mumbling to myself in the car about how she’s rude and she said excuse me do you have something you want to say to me? I finally told her yeah, you’re rude and I told her about herself and she didn’t like it. She said well I don’t feel like I was being rude. Well, I told her it doesn’t matter what you think about it, you were being rude. She then shut the window again and said something about my order; God only knows what they put on the food. And then she handed me my food and didn’t say anything and she said you can just pull off and I said well you can F off. She’s a fat black woman with braids, long braids. I went on ahead and called in and was explaining what happened to the person who answered the phone, I asked to speak to the manager, probably wasn’t even the manager. I had to repeat myself And I use the F bomb about the woman how rude she was and this woman said, well I wasn’t involved in that so you don’t need to cuss. I told her I said I am gonna cuss and I’m gonna cuss at you and the woman that was working at the window, y’all need to do better. I won’t be surprised if this location closes in three months.. The majority of the reviews have been one star or two star reviews and I totally understand why.

The drive thru person was a bit rude and pushy. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, either way they’ve kind of been that way 2 of my 3 visits there. The food is subpar, however, the milkshakes are good to go! That’s the reason for my return visits.

Chicken was dry, and the biscuit was hard. This was 1st time on Northern blvd location. I'm not returning here again.

Food is always awesome!!! Biscuits are amazing!! Grits and Sausage gravy are unbeatable!! I don't know her name but the heavy set young lady at the counter is not a people person, never smiling and very short with customers. Service is sketchy as I originally ate there but consistently received my order to go, with several items missing. No drink,(had to remind them) missing grits, missing sausage, no forks, no ice in machine out front, (it's been that way since September)so I just gave up and quit going. I work on the bypass and it really is a disappointment since there are no other places to get breakfast.
