Renaissance Montgomery At The Convention Center

Was there for a book signing on a Saturday. I parked in the parking deck a young man was there taking upon my entrance the gate was up I don't pull a ticket he said go ahead. When I got ready to exit I realized I need a card or ticket to get out, the young man was gone he was taking money from people who were parking in deck from the rain. I hit the help button a few times on the screen no one answered so I got a key out of the return key box and exited. I felt very unsafe after this incident. The young man was no where to be found. After talking to a few people in the front of the hotel when I left so be careful if you are parking in parking deck on the weekends or in general.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We went to a concert at the adjoining Montgomery Performing Arts Centre, so it was also very convenient.

Stayed this past weekend my sheets had hair on them nasty house keeper and nasty room

Great views of the river, walkable to many restaurants, and awesome rooftop pool! Also, very close to the riverwalk!

I JUST LOVE LOVE DEAONDRE ! We were waiting for our car to get pulled and he was just an overall sweetheart. The service him and team provided was EXCELLENT!!!
